Chapter 4

The rest of the school day went by slowly, but nothing special happened and I made my way towards the parking lot to wait for Kai. I was only waiting there for a few minutes before Kai stopped in front of me in his black Audi A8, I love his car and it's amazing to drive. It purr like a baby and both comfortable and easy to drive! Not to sound cocky but I'm an amazing driver, Kai even say I'm the best he know! I open the passenger side, while still holding my shoulder and got inside, and close the door."Hey Kai, had a good day?" I said tried to keep it a bit cheerful even though I'm in so much pain. "Baby girl" He said with so much worry in his voice. "I have been worried about you all day, and honestly I'm even more worried now after seeing you!" He still looking at me with this worried look showing that he care deeply. "Kai" I said why leaning back in the seat and turning my face forwards looking at all the people walking by eyeing the car. "Can we please just get out of here and away from them all?" I asked nodding my head to the crowd around the car.

He just turned around, didn't say anything before he started driving to the place we usually hang out with the others. It's about ten minute drive and we didn't talk one bit until we got there. I could see in the corner of my eyes that he kept looking at me with worry from time to time. It wasn't uncomfortable quiet I'm actually pretty comfortable around Kai and all our friends. I have known them for about four years, we meet one night I was walking home from a late shift at Molly's dinner. I saw Kai and a few other people sitting on a park bench in the park I have to walk through to get home. I saw one girl talking to this group of guys and she was frantic, so I thought that she maybe was in trouble, so I decided to step in to help her. But when I walked closer I saw two of them was injured, it looked like bullet wounds so I run up to the the guys that was laying on the grass and pulled out my med kit i had in my backpack. I always have to have it with me due to the beating and shit I get from home. And yes I have even had to take care of my own gunshot wounds thanks to Victor and Margarethe.

They tried to drag me away from there but I had a frantic look in my eyes, because at that minute I was in my own memorie of the gunshot I got so all I could think about was fiks the two boys wounds. I pulled out the siccors from the med kit and started to cut up the shirt they were having on. I turned around asking if they had called 911, but they said they couldn't call them. I guess I should have been scared that they had gunshot wounds and couldn't call 911, that means they do something illegal, but for some reason I was not afraid of them. After I had cut up their shirts first I started on Kai since he was the most critical wounded of the two, then I put out some saline solution on the wound. I asked the boy in front of me if he was okay with me giving it a little cut to get the bullet out. Kai gave me a weak nod, I told the other people around to hold him down since I didn't have anything to numb him with, after that I took the scalpel and gave it a little cut so I could find the bullet a little better. I did after a bit of looking, I got it out and then I started to sew the wound close, took some more saline on it to clean away the blood, I dried it a bit and put on a sterile bandage. I did the same thing on his friend who I learned was named Sebastian. I did tell them to let me know if the needed some more help like this in the future because I can help them if they can't go to the emergency room. I gave the girl my number her name was Sofia, and after that me and that group became good friends we are like a little family. And I consider them all my brother and Sofia my sister.

I got pulled out from my little memorie lane when Kai's car came to a stop. He got out of the car and before I was able to open my door Kai open it for me and gave me his hand. I looked at his hand for a second before placed my right hand which is my good arm in his hand. He helped me out of the car and he took my backpack from me to carry it for me. He was holding onto my hand and we were walking hand in hand towards the building. Once Kai open the door you could hear a lot of people talking inside. I know that Kai and his people is a part of the mafia, I know they are dealing with a lot of illegal shit, but I don't really mind. Because I know they only injure or kill people that deserve it. When we got into the living room I was suddenly attacked in a hug from behind and my attacker quickly let go when I wasn't able to keep my whimper of pain inside.

"I'm so sorry bunny" I turned around to look at a very worried and sad looking Christian. I look one step forward and gave him a side hug on my right side since that's my good side right now. "Hey Christian, good to see you too, I have missed you" I said while looking up at him with a smile on my face. "Bunny what happened to you? I'm sorry to say but you look like shit!" Silas said while walking up to me to give me a very careful hug. I looked up at the people around me and all of them had a worry look on their face. "Kai, told me you fell down the stairs but you look like you are in more pain then you let out honey!" Sofia said from beside Silas. "Please take off your hoodie so I can get your shoulder set" Kai said with a stern face but I could see it was worry in his eyes.
