Chapter 116 Why Are You Blushing?

Isabella wasn't just curious; she was downright uneasy. Why would Richard sleep with a married woman and get her pregnant? His behavior was seriously messed up.

Isabella stayed quiet, but George could tell she was struggling inside.

"Whenever you want to figure it out, I'll be there with you," George said, kissing her hair.

"George, I want to go to Riverside City," Isabella said.

"Going to Shallow Company?" George chuckled.

Isabella laughed too. "If you hadn't set up that company for me, I wouldn't owe Marlowe such a big favor. She's been helping me these past two years."

"Then you should reward her well."

Marlowe didn't need money; friendship was what mattered.

"Will you go with me?" Isabella asked, looking up at him. She knew George might not have the time. He had just gotten back and had a ton of stuff to handle at the company. She was asking on purpose.

"If you need me, I'll go with you," George said.

Isabella huffed, "If I'm asking, it means I need you. If I didn't need you, why would I ask?"

"Then I'll go with you."

Isabella waved her hand. "Forget it, I'll go by myself."

"Don't need me to go anymore?" he asked.

"You don't seem very willing. It's pointless to force it." Isabella pushed him away and moved aside, but before she could settle, George pulled her back into his arms. "Quite the attitude, huh?."

"Attitude? How do I have an attitude?"

"How am I unwilling? What do you want?" George held Isabella's waist tightly, making it impossible for her to move. He gripped her chin slightly, forcing her to look at him.

Isabella found the gesture both intimate and awkward, especially with his lips so close to hers. "George, let go of me."

"Shy? Why are you blushing?" George laughed even more freely. "Already have a child, and still blushing? With such a temper, you need me to help you cool down."

George kissed Isabella's lips, holding the back of her head firmly.

Because of past experiences, Isabella didn't dare to resist too much, fearing it would arouse his desires. She let him kiss her for a while. "Alright, I was joking. I'll go to Riverside City by myself. You stay home and take care of Frederick."

"Really?" He brushed his long fingers against her red lips.

"Yes, I have a lot to talk about with Marlowe. It's uncomfortable to have you around," Isabella said as George's current embrace made her even more uncomfortable.

George started with a soft kiss, then went in deeper. "How many days will you be gone?"

"At least a week. Frederick will have to trouble Patricia."

"She'd be more than happy," George said as his hair tickled Isabella's neck.

"George, can you..."

"No, you're my wife. I'll kiss you however I want," he said.

'He has a point, but this is in the car, with the driver in front. Doesn't George feel awkward?' she thought.

"I... I have one more thing," Isabella said as her waist was going weak from his kisses.

"Say it."

"While I'm gone, you have to behave. No meeting with actresses, no dinners with them, no..." she said.

George pressed Isabella down on the seat, looking into her eyes with a husky voice, "Then you better have sex with me to drain my strength."

In the end, Isabella couldn't avoid making love with him.

Looking at the marks all over her body and thinking about the driver in front, Isabella really wanted to scratch George's face. "I don't think anyone will want to drive for you anymore."

"Enjoying a free audio show and still not satisfied? That's a bit demanding," George laughed, wickedly charming.

Isabella was speechless. She'd probably have a conditioned response whenever she saw the car partition go up in the future.

The car finally arrived at the Spencer Manor.

Patricia was playing with Frederick in the yard. When Frederick saw Isabella, he waved his little hands and kicked his little feet excitedly, melting Isabella's heart.

Isabella took Frederick from Patricia's arms and kissed him repeatedly. "Frederick, have you been good at home?"

"Frederick is very good, just like George when he was little," Patricia said, full of affection.

"Patricia, thanks for everything," Isabella said sincerely.

Patricia replied, "This is the Spencer family's child. He will inherit the family business in the future. Taking care of him is like taking care of George when he was little. It's no trouble at all."

Isabella had no response to that.

Frederick still preferred playing with Patricia. Isabella went upstairs to take a bath, feeling sweaty from having sex with George.

She had just filled the tub and walked into the bathroom when George squeezed in.

"Can you stop? Get out," Isabella knew George too well. Since they returned to Stellar City, he had been like a wild horse. If he came in now, they would probably end up making love again.

"Let's bathe together. I promise not to touch you," George said with a smile.

"I don't believe you."

"Let's bathe together and save water," he said.

Isabella rolled her eyes. "When did you become an environmentalist? Do you want a conservation award?"

"I'd rather win the Best Husband award," George said.

"That's a long way to go," Isabella gave him an encouraging look. "Keep it up."

George picked her up horizontally. "Of course."

During the bath, Isabella's back was nearly broken, and the bathtub cracked during the intense moments.

Isabella was almost scared to death.

"Come on, am I that strong?" George quickly pulled Isabella out of the broken tub and wrapped her in a towel. "This tub is really poor quality."

Isabella was speechless, her face flushed from the steam. "I told you not to make love here. What if Patricia asks about it later?"

"Tell the truth," George said nonchalantly.

"George, how can you be so shameless?" Isabella said, mortified.

"She won't be that nosy," George said, carrying Isabella out of the bathroom and into the bedroom, closing the door behind him and calling someone to clean up.

Soon, John called the servants to the bathroom.

Seeing the mess, John was only concerned whether George was hurt. "Mr. Spencer, are you alright? Did you get hurt?"

"No."

John apologized, "Mr. Spencer, I'm really sorry. This bathtub actually had a problem, and we hadn't replaced it on time."

"What's wrong?" George was puzzled.

"Well, I was playing with Frederick today, and he found your old watch and started banging it on the tub. I didn't think much of it, but he played with it all morning. Later, we noticed the tub had cracks, but we hadn't had a chance to replace it yet. And now this happened," John explained.
