“What the hell are you?” the shadow growls

“I would talk to you, but I don’t want to waste the energy” I growl back

“What are you and why is that girl just laying there” The shadow growls again

“Go NOW!” I snap. I watch as Hennessy starts to twitch.

“Answer me, we are Royal you must answer” The shadow growls again

“I have told you so many times now. GO NOW!” I shout as the flames come roaring to life.

I hear the shadow scream a high-pitched girly scream. I laugh uncontrollably as the shadow and the flames are forced out of our space.

The Phoenix Missed Fate is set within the supernatural world where nothing is as it seems. To have a real family is a gift. To find your fated mate is wealth and friends well would you have one? Save the kingdom, fix the magic, and try not to get eaten by anything with more than four legs.

Every time Mo and Milo think they’ve solved one problem, three more pop up—usually with wings, fangs, or a suspiciously sarcastic sense of humor. With the fate of Aeloria (and possibly their own) hanging in the balance, Mo must figure out who to trust, what secrets the boys are hiding, and how to keep Milo from befriending every magical creature they meet.

Saving a fairy kingdom? Easy. Surviving high school? Now that’s the real challenge.
